Delete matching rows

Delete some rows from a table

Ingredient Family: rowActionsIngredients

Outline Display: Delete some rows from {{table}} where: {{mapping}}{{rowFilters:
Row filters: {{rowFilters}}}}

Details

rowFilters restricts which rows this step may touch, exactly as the Delete from table tool’s filters do: the filters are ANDed into the delete’s WHERE clause, so a row they exclude survives the delete no matter what the mapping matches.

Local scope

The parent slot binds these (look up the slot in the parent to see how):

  • $table – The table to act on

Names introduced within this component’s knobs:

  • table – table chosen from the app’s schema (via table knob)
  • mappingResult – empty table populated by ingredients

Settings

Required

  • table : table
The table to delete rows from

  • mapping : ingredient slot of mappingIngredientsList($table, mappingResult, table) (many, until table >= mappingResult)
How to map available field values to the conditions for deletion

Optional

  • rowFilters : row filters on table
Restrict which rows this step may delete, using filter operators like eq, neq, gt, lt, in, currentUser, etc. A row the filters exclude survives the delete. Each filter is a list item with a kind (the operator) and settings.
Operators: eq, neq, gt/gte/lt/lte (column/value), in (column/values list), after/before (column/days), currentUser (column only).
